Refund Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains the terms under which Aurum Education Institute ("we", "us", "our"), having its office at No 22, Josier Street, Nungambakkam, Chennai, Tamil Nadu- 600 034, will refund fees paid for our software training courses. By enrolling in any course with us, you ("you", "student") agree to this policy alongside our Terms & Conditions.

1. Refund & Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change. If you wish to cancel your enrolment, please inform us in writing (email or WhatsApp) as early as possible. Refund eligibility depends on how much of the course has been delivered and how far in advance the request is made:

• Cancellation before the batch start date: full refund of the fee paid, minus a nominal registration/processing charge.
• Cancellation within the first week of classes: 50% of the course fee paid may be refunded, at our discretion.
• Cancellation after the first week of classes: fees paid are non-refundable, as trainer time, batch seats and course materials have already been committed.
• Batch transfer requests (moving to a different batch or timing) are considered on a case-by-case basis, subject to seat availability, and are generally free of charge if requested at least 3 days before the batch starts.

Refunds, where approved, are processed within 7-10 working days to the original mode of payment. Any specific refund terms applicable to a promotional offer or scholarship batch will be shared with you in writing at the time of enrolment and will take precedence over the general policy above.
