These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of this website (aurumtradersacademy.com) and the software training courses offered by Aurum Education Institute ("we", "us", "our"), having its office at No 22, Josier Street, Nungambakkam, Chennai, Tamil Nadu- 600 034, Tamil Nadu, India. By accessing this website or enrolling in our courses, you ("you", "student", "user") agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use this website or our Courses.
Aurum Education Institute is a software training institute based in Chennai, offering job-oriented courses in PHP Development, iOS App Development, Android App Development, Digital Marketing and Node.js Development. The exact course curriculum, batch timing, duration and fee for any course will be agreed with you separately, in writing or via email/WhatsApp, before enrolment is confirmed.
Submitting an enquiry through our website's contact form, by phone, email or WhatsApp does not by itself confirm your enrolment in a course. Enrolment is confirmed only once we have agreed on the course, fee and batch schedule with you, and the registration fee or full course fee requested by us has been received. We reserve the right to decline any enquiry or enrolment at our discretion, including where a batch is full or a course is not currently available.
Course fees, including any registration amount, instalments and the final balance, will be communicated to you at the time of enrolment and may vary depending on the course, batch type (weekday/weekend) and mode (classroom/online). Enrolment is generally confirmed only after receipt of the agreed registration amount. The balance amount is payable as per the schedule agreed with you, and in any case before course completion unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Aurum Education Institute provides placement assistance including resume building, mock interviews and introductions to hiring partners as part of eligible courses. While we make genuine efforts to support every student's job search, we do not guarantee a job offer, salary or specific employer, as final hiring decisions rest solely with the recruiting companies.
You agree to provide accurate and timely information needed for enrolment (such as contact details, educational background and course preferences), to make payments as agreed, to attend classes regularly, and to conduct yourself appropriately on our premises. We are not responsible for delays or gaps in learning arising from inaccurate information provided by you or irregular attendance.
We make every effort to deliver each course smoothly and on schedule. However, certain circumstances such as trainer unavailability, technical issues, government regulations, natural calamities or other events beyond our reasonable control ("force majeure") may affect a batch schedule. We will not be held liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by such circumstances. Our liability, where it arises, is limited to the value of the course fee paid by you for the specific course in question, and we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss, including loss of employment opportunity.
Unless you inform us otherwise in writing, you permit Aurum Education Institute to capture photographs and videos during classes, workshops and graduation events, and to use such images and footage for our portfolio, website, social media (including Instagram) and promotional purposes. If you would prefer that your images are not used publicly, please let us know in advance and we will respect that request.
